Ready to make the change???
1. Is a B12 Deficiency Causing You More Anxiety?
Pretty crazy huh?
Recent studies suggest a strong link between low B12 levels and anxiety, which is why it's super important to get your levels checked.
If you are deficient in B12 don't worry, it's easy to get your levels back to optimum. I'll tell you how in a minute.
The problem with B12 is your body doesn't naturally produce it. And, your body can have a hard time absorbing it.
It's also happens to be the BIGGEST molecule in your body.
So, you've got a few options:
- B12 injections
B12 is found in animal-based products such as meat, fish, poultry, milk, eggs. So if you're a vegetarian or vegan there's a high chance you'll be low on B12.
Most over the counter B12 supplements are taken orally but can be difficult to absorb.
The absorption of B12 depends on a protein produced in the stomach called intrinsic factor.
A far better way to maximize absorption is using a B12 spray because it absorbs through the skin.
B12 spray is available here
B12 injections are the most common way to prevent or treat a deficiency.
They are very effective and work immediately. These injections are prescribed by your Doctor.
To maintain optimal levels it's likely you will require one injection every 3 months.
Because the B12 is absorbed instantly you will feel so much better straight away!
2. Tap Your Anxiety Away
What if I told you modern psychology is having a makeover?
Would you be intrigued to know how?
Let me explain.
Tapping is a new technique to deal with seemingly impossible situations.
Tapping has proven to effectively address a range of issues - from getting rid of anxiety, addiction, fear, stress relief and much more.
How does it work?
Based on the principles of both ancient acupressure and modern psychology, Tapping concentrates on specific meridian endpoints while focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations.
Combined with spoken word, tapping helps calm the nervous system, to restore the balance of energy in the body and rewire the brain response in healthy ways.
Tapping is noninvasive and highly effective.
In his book "The Tapping Solution" Nick Ortner provides detailed images of specific tapping points on the body and set up phases to help with each issue.
Nick provides a compressive overview of the effectiveness of Tapping on how to get rid of anxiety through case studies and medical professionals.
" As a practicing physicist with over 25 years of clinical experience, I see EFT as the most promising new treatment I've ever encountered. The Tapping Solution gives readers an overview of where this form of 'energy psychology' came from, how it'd done, and what it can be used for. The potential application of this deceptively simple technique are limitless. Nick Ortner is to be commended for providing us with such an informative, entertaining approach to psychotherapy and personal transformation"
Eric Leskowitz, M.S Department of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School.
3. The Miracle of Magnesium
Did you know Magnesium was the dubbed the original chill pill?
And, this feels like music to your ears?
Am I right?
Because when you experience anxiety, there is nothing more you want than to feel chilled.
Magnesium naturally calms the muscular and nervous system helping to get rid of anxiety and panic attacks.
It also helps release the appropriate amount of serotonin in the brain knowns as the “happy chemical”.
This, in turn, helps to stabilize our moods.
Dr. Carolyn Dean shares many of her patient's success stories in her book "The Miracle of Magnesium".
In chapter 3 of her book shes goes onto to explain the important role magnesium plays with anxiety.
"When the adrenals are no longer protected by sufficient magnesium, the fight or flight hormones adrenaline and noradrenaline become more easily triggered, and when they surge erratically, they cause a rapid pulse, high blood pressure, and heart palpitations. In fact, the more magnesium deficient you are, the more exaggerated is the adrenaline release. There are over a dozen major metabolic processes that are affected by adrenaline. Each of these functions requires magnesium and leads to wasting of this important mineral if the symptoms continue."
Our foods and soils are no longer rich in magnesium so we are having to find alternative ways of implementing magnesium in our diets to ensure that we are taking sufficient amounts to help our bodies function at an optimal level.
The two most effective way to up your magnesium levels are;
Food which is rich in magnesium includes Spinach, Swiss chard, Turnip greens, Beet greens, Collard greens, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Kale, Bok Choy, Romaine lettuce.
Introducing these foods daily in your diet will really help.
Either taken orally or with a spray.
Amazing Oils Organic Magnesium Oil Spray has proven to be really effective. Absorbing quickly through the skin.
It is recommended you only need 5 sprays a day to keep your levels normal.
If you experienced a slight itchiness when you apply the spray this is a good indication that you are deficient.
However, to accurately determine whether or not you are deficient, a blood test is recommended.
4. The Healing Power of Affirmations
Our subconscious mind process 40 million bits of information per second.
Isn't this the most awesome fact?
But wait there's more.
Out of the 4o million 'bits,' we only filter 5-9 bits of information. These 'bit's' of information is what we perceive our reality to be.
Why Am I saying this?
Because YOU CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY!
I know, its awesome.
Am I right?
In other words, you can also change your reality by how you talk to yourself (the subconscious mind).
If you hold a thought for 17 seconds, it will attract a similar thought.
Likewise, if you hold a negative thought for 17 seconds, it will attract a similar negative thought.
This is where affirmations come in.
Let me explain.
Anxiety feeds off anxiety.
So how do you stop the pattern?
You introduce more positive affirmations.
Here's an example:
Old thought pattern - Worrying thought = Worrying thought = Bodily sensation = Worrying thought = Worrying thought - Cycle continues.
New thought pattern - Worrying thought = Affirmation = Worrying thought = Affirmation = Affirmation - Positive thought pattern emerges.
How long does it take for affirmation to work?
It requires daily practice over at least a 30 day period to being to see changes.
The subconscious mind isn't aware of past or present so you're affirmation need to in the present tense.
For example: "I am in perfect health, that I am"
This helps to reinforce to the subconscious mind that it's already true.
Louise Hay famously changed her life with affirmations to become one the most iconic self-help entrepreneurs of the 21st century.
On her website, she has A-Z of all disease and an affirmation associated with each.
For Anxiety: "I deeply trust in the process of life, I am safe"
Writing your affirmations down on paper also helps to reinforce them.
5. Write Your Worries Away
Journaling whether you want to get rid of anxiety or not is the bomb!
Let me explain.
Because it helps you to focus on your internal thoughts and experiences and gain a better understanding of yourself.
Journalling is used as a form of therapy and is highly effective with getting rid of anxiety symptoms.
So good in fact that this article has listed 83 benefits.
Amen to that.
The good news is...
You can you start right now.
Before you go to bed, when you wake, WRITE IT DOWN!
Getting things off your chest is going to make you feel less worried and less anxious.
This is the desired goal for anyone who is experiencing anxiety so it's worth a try.
P.s Hide your diary and make sure only you have access to it.
Have you been lost in a cave for the last few years?
If your answer was no, then...
Chance are you have read some article applauding the benefits of meditation in today's modern world.
So what exactly is mediation?
"Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well."
The hardest part of mediation is starting. Most people say "I'll start tomorrow" but they don't.
What you need to do is give yourself a more realistic and defined goal.
Start with 5 minutes EVERYDAY morning preferably. This is to start your day with good intentions.
Once you have formed a habit, try 10 minutes a day. Continue until it becomes something that you can't live without.
Mediation does require practice and discipline. As mediation needs to be done daily to see its effects.

7. Exercise Matters
Most people are leading busy lives and have become far too dependent on the automobile.
This means we are exercising less. And, our bodies have a good way of telling us, they don't like.
Just like a dog needs exercise, we too need daily exercise.
Because our bodies feel better. And, if our bodies feel better so does our mind.
Have you heard of endorphins?
Exercise is a great natural stimulate to produce endorphins which is the feel-good hormone.
Studies have shown that people who suffer from depression significantly benefit from a quick jog and helps immediately lift their mood.
Similar studies have concluded that exercise helps to quickly get rid of anxiety.
The good thing about releasing endorphins is you want more. This means the more you exercise the more you want to keep exercising.
Listening to your body helps you better understand what your body needs to function at its optimal level.
The benefits from regular exercise have a positive impact on your overall health.
8. How to get rid of anxiety with Qigong
Qigong means "Life Energy Cultivation "
Sound pretty amazing, doesn't it?
So, what exactly is Qigong?
The first form of Qigong was developed roughly 4500 years ago by the Yellow Emperor of China. He discovered that the body has 12 medians which carry energy to all the major organs.
If there are blockages in the flow of the energy is manifest itself with a dis-ease.
Qigong works with the rhythm of nature and helps to maintain the natural flow of energy to keep your body free of any blockages.
Let me explain.
Anxiety in Eastern Medicine is seen as a disruption to the body energy system. By practicing qigong daily helps to release these blockages and helps to keep the body in perfect harmony with nature and free from any blockages in the future.
Qigong is a mind, body spirit practice and uses a combination of integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.
These are the two types of qigong I have found highly effective at getting rid of anxiety.
Take a look at their YouTube channels here:
Spring forest qigong has a pioneer of spreading qigong to the west, something that China has been practicing in their daily lives for centuries.
9. Surrender. The Art of Letting Go
How to get rid of anxiety is actually really simple...
Because the paradox of anxiety is that it is nothing and it is everything.
Here is something I want you to really think about...
The reason why anxiety exists in the first place is that you don't like it. If you weren't bothered whether or not you experienced anxiety, it wouldn't come and pay you a visit.
Have you ever heard this quote "what you resist, persist"?
My point exactly.
So how do you let go of the resistance?
How do you surrender?
You need to not give a shit whether your anxiety comes or goes. You don't flee, or fight as this helps to reinforce that fact you feel a real threat.
No matter where you are you are or what you doing - you surrender.
As soon as you surrender to the moment you birth a new perception of your anxiety.
This is easier said than done.
As this is the normal panic loop:
